Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide outpatient services through a telehealth program while working remotely, focusing on delivering compassionate mental health care to a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of patients, providing therapy and support through telehealth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while utilizing technology for effective communication

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current Indiana licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace that complies with HIPAA standards
