Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Indiana Licensed Collaborating Physician will provide telecommunication and in-person consultations with Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) for patient assessments, perform annual chart reviews, and ensure compliance with policies and state laws.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with APNs via telecommunication or in-person to address patient assessment questions
- Regularly perform annual chart reviews to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide accountability for outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers
Required qualifications
- Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
- Board certified/board eligible
- Completion of residency required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare management
- Experience with risk adjustment
