Indiana Licensed Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Managing compliance department functions, the full-time Indiana Licensed Compliance Manager will oversee monitoring and auditing activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the approval and submission of contract and regulatory report deliverables
• Conduct periodic assessments to ensure compliance with contract requirements and implement corrective action plans as needed
• Design and deliver compliance training for employees on an annual and as-needed basis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, compliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of compliance experience, including risk assessment, auditing, and monitoring processes
• Experience with managed health and/or behavioral health preferred
