Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Indiana Licensed Defense Litigation Associate will manage a diverse caseload involving high-stakes litigation matters while collaborating with a sophisticated team in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a challenging caseload, taking significant responsibilities from the outset
• Draft complex legal documents, including opinions, motions, and memoranda
• Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and file analyses independently

Required qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Indiana Bar and in good standing
• At least 2 years of defense litigation experience in relevant areas
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality work
• Strong academic background with excellent writing skills
• Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting depositions
