Job Summary

Joining a sophisticated team, the full-time Indiana Licensed Defense Litigation Attorney will manage a diverse caseload involving complex litigation matters, collaborating with colleagues while working in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assume significant responsibilities from the outset while handling a diverse and challenging caseload
• Draft complicated opinions, motions, and legal memoranda, and conduct file analysis, depositions, and witness interviews
• Independently manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards

Required qualifications

• Must be admitted to the Indiana Bar and in good standing
• 5+ years of defense litigation experience, including general liability and product liability matters
• Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting depositions
• Demonstrated ability to manage a rigorous caseload independently
• Strong academic background and excellent writing skills required
