Job Summary

Engaging students through live instruction, the full-time remote Indiana Licensed English Teacher will deliver synchronous lessons, personalize learning experiences, and maintain proactive communication with students and families.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, on-camera synchronous instruction for five or more hours per day, creating an engaging virtual classroom experience
• Use student performance data to personalize instruction and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs
• Build relationships with students and families through proactive communication and maintain accurate records of student progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with an active state teaching license in English/Language Arts for grades 6-12
• Experience teaching in virtual and/or in-person settings, comfortable with live online classroom demands
• Hands-on experience with online learning platforms and virtual instruction tools
• Ability to read and utilize student performance data to inform instruction
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a full student caseload in a remote environment
