Job Summary
To support a growing insurance brokerage, the fully remote Indiana Licensed Life Insurance Agent will guide senior clients through final expense life insurance options, helping them make informed decisions while managing a consistent pipeline of company-provided leads.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, conducting thorough needs assessments to understand their coverage goals and health profiles
- Educate clients on policy features and guide them through the application and underwriting process with personalized support
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals while documenting all sales activities in the CRM system
Required qualifications
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- 2-3 years of life insurance sales experience; final expense experience is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to build trust through empathetic conversations with senior clients
- Comfortable working in a phone sales environment with company-provided leads
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with multiple systems (iOS, Salesforce, Five9, Slack preferred)
