Job Summary
Leading the long-term care management of members with diverse health care needs, the full-time Indiana Licensed LTSS Director will develop and implement strategies to enhance healthcare outcomes while ensuring compliance with industry standards, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development and improvement of long-term care management processes and strategies
- Lead the long-term care management team, ensuring effective communication of departmental goals and compliance with regulations
- Monitor and review member data to identify trends and improve quality care in accordance with state and federal regulations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term services and supports (LTSS)
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or a Master's degree in a related field
- 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
- Current state's Registered Nurse (RN) license or relevant behavioral health certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of industry regulations, policies, and standards
