Job Summary
To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Marriage Therapist will work remotely, managing client relationships and treatment plans while maintaining a Monday to Friday schedule with flexible shift options.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments
- Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals effectively
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
- Ability to work in a private, HIPAA-compliant home office environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
