Indiana Licensed Member Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Acting as the first point of contact for new Life Services members, the full-time hourly Indiana Licensed Member Engagement Specialist will guide them through the intake process, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain member relationships in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct new Life Services members through the intake process and ensure timely documentation
• Build and strengthen relationships with members by providing quality customer service and ongoing communication
• Assist in auditing member data and manage departmental Member Assistance Fund requests

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience engaging customers telephonically and in database management
• Influenza vaccination required as a condition of continued employment
