Job Summary
To support a growing network of midlife providers, the remote contract Indiana Licensed Menopause Provider will conduct synchronous video visits, assess symptoms, develop treatment plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause
- Assess symptoms and develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing medications
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation while following clinical and compliance standards
Required qualifications
- An active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Indiana
- A minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience, including hormone therapy management
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits
