Job Summary
To support a growing initiative addressing student mental health, the part-time Indiana Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide teletherapy and mental health assessments to middle and high school students in partner school districts, collaborating with school staff and families while working remotely as an independent contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver mental health assessments and teletherapy to students, typically for 2-4 months per case
- Engage in case discussions with team members and support transitions to community mental health services
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with school leadership and staff to enhance mental health support systems
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Active Indiana license to provide independent mental health care (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, etc.)
- Experience with therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy
- Proficiency in delivering care via telehealth platforms
- Strong technological skills and access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
