Job Summary
To support a growing initiative addressing student mental health, the part-time Indiana Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide teletherapy and mental health assessments to middle and high school students in partner school districts while collaborating with school staff and families in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to students, typically for 2-4 months per student
- Participate in case discussions with interdisciplinary team members to enhance student care
- Build collaborative relationships with school leadership and staff to address student mental health needs
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields
- Active Indiana license to independently deliver mental health care (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, etc.)
- Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing
- Proficiency in delivering care via tele-health and familiarity with relevant technology
- Ability to offer flexible hours, especially during and after typical school hours (e.g., 3-8 pm Eastern Time)
