Indiana Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

Delivering remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, the part-time Indiana Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week while utilizing various therapeutic modalities and collaborating with other mental health providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to adult clients using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
• Maintain timely documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients as necessary

Required qualifications

• Independently Licensed in Indiana as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+) and 6+ months of teletherapy experience
• Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9
• Comfort with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Willingness to become licensed in other states, with costs covered by the employer
