Job Summary
Leading quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Indiana Licensed Quality Improvement Director will oversee NCQA Accreditation, manage HEDIS performance, and collaborate with the Medicare STARS team to enhance ratings, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Direct process improvement activities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with various teams and agencies to promote health outcomes and implement culturally-inclusive best practices
- Monitor provider practices and evaluate cultural competence through KPIs and health equity dashboards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in quality management, quality improvement, or healthcare operations
- Current RN license in Indiana preferred
- Certification in quality improvement or risk management is desirable
- Certified Professional in Health Care Quality preferred
