Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote Indiana Licensed Registered Dietitian will analyze patient assessments, conduct diet and lifestyle counseling via video, and collaborate with healthcare providers while maintaining accurate patient records on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze intake assessments, including medical history and dietary habits
- Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling sessions, providing education on nutrition care
- Collaborate with Physicians and APRNs in the medical management of patients
Required qualifications
- Current certification as a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Open to feedback and eager to learn within a supportive care team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on compassion
- Comfortable working with various platforms, including EMR systems and telemedicine tools
- Prior experience with nutrition counseling is a plus but not required
