Indiana Licensed Research Specialist
Job Summary
To support diverse projects, the full-time Indiana Licensed Research Specialist will perform advanced research functions, validate land rights, and prepare real estate documents while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor and provide support to Research Specialist I or vendor personnel
- Utilize internal and public records to determine property ownership and prepare documents for new construction and major projects
- Interface with internal business partners and maintain confidentiality while ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Real Estate, Business, Paralegal, Political Science, Surveying and Topography, or a related degree
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, or 4 years of experience with a High School/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain Notary Public status within the first year
