Indiana Licensed Return to Work Coordinator

Job Summary

Dedicated to assisting injured workers, the fully remote Indiana Licensed Return to Work Coordinator will manage medical care and case management to facilitate the return of employees to their pre-injury status while coordinating with medical providers, employers, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical management and case management through telephonic contact with medical providers and employers
• Coordinate appropriate evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services for injured employees
• Analyze treatment results and identify suitable employment opportunities consistent with individual medical limitations

Required qualifications

• Degree from an applicable program of training and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting
• Active Registered Nursing license or equivalent within the state of practice
• Demonstrated knowledge of managed care and national standards of practice
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Computer literacy and good time management skills
