Indiana Licensed Social Worker
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth program, the full-time Indiana Licensed Social Worker will provide outpatient mental health services remotely, working Monday through Friday with no weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services through telehealth to a diverse patient population
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their mental health goals
- Utilize technology effectively for patient communication and documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work or related field with active Indiana licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
- Ability to maintain a private workspace for patient confidentiality and safety
