Job Summary
Supporting caseload management in a fully remote capacity, the full-time hourly Indiana Licensed Support BCBA will assist in supervising clients and RBTs, provide Telehealth services, and collaborate with in-center clinicians.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with providing supervision to RBTs via Microsoft Teams
- Provide Telehealth services to clients and assist with documentation of supervision and billable hours
- Collaborate with in-center clinicians on program modifications based on session observations
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
