Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Remote Support BCBA (Indiana) will assist with caseload management, provide supervision to clients and RBTs via Telehealth, and collaborate with in-center clinicians while working remotely from home.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with providing supervision to RBTs via Microsoft Teams
- Deliver Telehealth services to clients and manage documentation of supervision and billable hours
- Collaborate with in-center clinicians on program modifications based on session observations
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligibility to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
