Seeking an Indiana Licensed Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, the full-time remote position will manage patient care through telehealth services, focusing on hormone management and preventive healthcare for clients across Indiana.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telehealth services, including hormone management and medical weight loss consultations
- Conduct clinical assessments and make medical decisions to enhance patient care
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships through effective communication and support
Required qualifications
- Active Indiana Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license or Indiana Physician Assistant license
- Current Indiana CSR and FULL DEA registration at the time of application
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and current board certification applicable to the profession
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- Experience or interest in hormone replacement therapy, women's health, or preventive medicine is preferred
