Indiana Licensed Triage LPN

Job Summary

To provide essential patient care and support, the part-time Indiana Licensed Triage LPN will manage patient interviews, record vital signs, and triage telephone calls while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient interviews and record vital signs and medical histories
• Communicate test results to patients and assist with prescription refills
• Input data into patient records and manage referrals and medical supply inventory

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, with one year of related experience or training
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program and a current unencumbered state license
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications
• Knowledge of practical nursing principles and patient education
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
