Job Summary
Analyzing program outcomes, the full-time salaried Indiana Outcomes Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to implement action plans for improvement and optimize results while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and monitor outcomes dashboards and scorecards, identifying trends based on results
- Analyze program outcomes and recommend action plans, performing baseline assessments to ensure program requirements are met
- Provide feedback to senior leadership on key performance outcomes and conduct presentations to stakeholders to enhance program performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 4+ years of statistical or data analysis experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with program outcomes and performance data analysis preferred
- Familiarity with VBA, Microsoft Access, or SQL preferred
