Job Summary
To support the building and scaling of a modern procurement organization, the full-time Indirect Strategic Sourcing Leader will lead sourcing initiatives, develop category strategies, and manage supplier relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop category strategies, supplier strategies, and governance approaches that align with enterprise priorities
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across various business functions to influence sourcing decisions
- Analyze spend and supplier data to create executive-ready presentations and actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with 5+ years in Strategic Sourcing or related fields
- Proven experience in leading sourcing initiatives and commercial negotiations
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Ability to independently analyze data and develop business cases for senior leadership
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments with adaptability beyond traditional roles
