Job Summary
Leading the design evolution for premier furniture and lighting collections, the permanent hybrid Industrial Designer will translate high-level concepts into market-defining products while collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting proposals to executive leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the visual development of innovative furniture and lighting collections to enhance brand positioning
- Drive concept generation through collaborative brainstorming and research to create compelling product narratives
- Collaborate with engineering partners and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and execution quality
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional industrial design experience in furniture or luxury home d cor
- Advanced proficiency in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, KeyShot, and AutoCAD
- Strong expertise in raw materials, structural mechanics, and advanced manufacturing processes
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
