Industrial/Organizational Psychologist
Job Summary
To support upcoming federal government contracts, the remote Industrial/Organizational Psychologist will conduct needs assessments, analyze career progression frameworks, and develop implementation strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessment and analyze existing career progression materials and practices
- Obtain stakeholder insights through focus groups, interviews, or surveys
- Create reports and briefings to present findings and recommendations to leadership
Required qualifications:
- Ph.D. or master's in industrial/organizational psychology from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience in job analysis, assessments, and workforce studies
- Must have or be able to obtain a top-secret security clearance and be a U.S. Citizen
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong abilities in interpreting complex data for informed decision-making regarding HR policies
