Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industrial/Organizational Psychology Intern.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support job analysis and hiring assessment development activities
  • Assist in conducting and documenting job analyses, including data organization and subject matter expert sessions
  • Help design and build surveys using an online platform to ensure quality data collection
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National studying in the U.S. or abroad
  • Enrolled at least half-time in an accredited educational institution
  • In good academic standing as defined by the institution
  • Completed an I/O Psychology course; preference for graduate students
  • Commitment to volunteer 8 - 20 hours per week for a minimum of 90 days
