Job Summary
To support the administration of a calibration management platform, the remote IndySoft Systems Analyst will manage user accounts, configure system settings, and assist with data integration while collaborating with various business teams.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks in IndySoft, including managing user accounts and configurations
- Configure templates, workflows, and maintain equipment profiles within the IndySoft system
- Assist with data migration and ensure smooth integration of new locations onto the IndySoft platform
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering or configuring IndySoft
- 1-4 years of experience in a systems administration, business systems analyst, or application support role
- Comfort working with relational databases and writing SQL queries
- Understanding of business application integrations and familiarity with APIs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
