Job Summary
Experienced professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as an INFOR M3 Supply Chain Consultant, responsible for configuring and supporting Infor M3 non-finance modules while conducting business process analysis and providing user training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules including Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Supply Chain
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations
- Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and production issues while ensuring SLA compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Infor M3 and M3 Supply Chain modules
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and solution configuration
- Experience in user training and preparation of process documentation
- Familiarity with testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Ability to work closely with technical teams on integrations and workflows
