Job Summary
To support business operations, the full-time INFOR M3 Supply Chain Consultant will configure and implement non-finance modules of Infor M3, focusing on procurement, sales order management, and supply chain processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and support Infor M3 non-finance modules, including Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, and Warehousing
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations
- Provide L2/L3 support for incidents and production issues, ensuring SLA compliance
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Infor M3
- Strong expertise in M3 Supply Chain modules
- Experience in business process analysis and solution configuration
- Proficiency in conducting user training and preparing documentation
- Familiarity with testing activities, including SIT and UAT
