Job Summary
Leading a small team of analysts, the full-time remote Information Analyst IV will manage complex data analyses, develop insightful dashboards, and ensure data quality while partnering with business leaders to drive strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with business partners to determine needs and report requirements, providing data-driven solutions to enhance revenue and compliance
- Lead the design and development of multi-departmental analytical projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and data quality standards
- Review and mentor team members, conducting peer assessments to maintain high analytical accuracy and improve operational efficiencies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Health Care Administration, or a related field, or four years of relevant work experience
- Eight years of experience in data analytics and reporting
- Management experience with a focus on mentoring and guiding analysts
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical programming languages and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into actionable analytical requirements
