Information Security Access Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance user access management infrastructure, the full-time Information Security Access Specialist will manage the employee access lifecycle, establish standardized access profiles, and leverage automation tools while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end employee lifecycle access workflows, ensuring timely access provisioning and revocation
• Design, standardize, and maintain corporate Access Profiles in alignment with least-privilege principles
• Leverage AI-driven tools to optimize operational tasks and analyze complex access rights data for inconsistencies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security, IAM, or IT Operations with a focus on access management
• Proven experience managing onboarding, dismissal, and role change workflows
• Practical experience creating and auditing Access Profiles and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise identity and access tools (e.g., Okta, Active Directory)
• Understanding and practical experience with AI tools to automate operational tasks
