Job Summary
Supporting the organization's security program, the full-time remote Information Security Analyst will manage security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management while collaborating with various teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate security alerts, performing initial triage and escalation of incidents
- Review vulnerability scan results, prioritize findings, and coordinate remediation activities
- Support the administration of endpoint, email, and identity security platforms, investigating suspicious activities
Required Qualifications
- BA in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience operating and tuning security tools in a production environment
- Preferred certifications include Security+, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of security concepts such as vulnerability management, incident response, and endpoint security
- Familiarity with security frameworks or regulatory requirements like NIST, SOC 2, or PCI DSS is preferred
