Information Security Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Information Security function, the full-time remote Information Security Manager will ensure strategic alignment and operational management of security programs, including vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of core security programs, ensuring clear priorities, timelines, and accountability
• Manage security incident response processes, including triage, investigation, and stakeholder communication
• Develop and maintain security policies and standards to meet compliance obligations and business needs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in information security with expertise in security operations and risk management
• 2+ years of people management experience, including coaching and prioritizing team efforts
• Strong understanding of security best practices, cloud security, and risk-based decision-making
• Experience supporting SaaS products or hosted enterprise software environments
• Working knowledge of SOC 2 Type II and related security/compliance frameworks
