Information Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time remote Information Security Operations Manager will oversee 24x7 alert monitoring, manage the SIEM platform, and drive security investigations and incident response efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of Security Operations analysts and engineers, ensuring continuous coverage and protection
• Manage the SIEM platform, including log ingestion, detection rule tuning, and vulnerability management
• Conduct security investigations and incident response, acting as the primary escalation point for security events

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in information security operations as an individual contributor
• 2-5 years of experience managing and developing a Security Operations or SOC team
• Experience in SaaS, Software Development, Tech, or Fintech
• Proven experience in managing DLP, internal penetration testing, and security review programs
• Strong understanding of SecOps best practices, including incident response and threat hunting
