Information Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a global team, the full-time remote Information Security Operations Manager will oversee 24x7 alert monitoring, SIEM management, and incident response while developing proactive threat hunting capabilities and managing vulnerability assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Security Operations team, ensuring continuous coverage and effective incident response
• Manage the SIEM platform and direct vulnerability management efforts across systems and applications
• Conduct security investigations and lead proactive threat hunting to identify and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in information security operations
• 2-5 years of experience managing a Security Operations or SOC team
• Experience in SaaS, Software Development, Tech, or Fintech environments
• Proven experience with DLP, internal penetration testing, and security review programs
• Familiarity with AI security, including risk assessment and governance of AI tools
