Information System Security Officer
Job Summary
Serving as the senior cybersecurity lead, the full-time remote Information System Security Officer will manage the security, compliance, and continuous protection of the GSAFleet.gov environment, ensuring effective implementation of security controls and incident response.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, implement, assess, and monitor security controls for GSAFleet.gov throughout development and operations
- Coordinate secure design, access control, vulnerability scanning, and security checks in CI/CD workflows
- Respond to and coordinate resolution of information-security incidents and breaches affecting GSAFleet.gov
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and managing security controls for large-scale information systems
- Ability to undergo a Tier 2S Investigation with a favorable outcome
- Successful completion of background and drug screening
