Information Systems Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Information Systems Architect will manage on-premises systems, focusing on Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell automation while ensuring compliance with security benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, including domain services and permissions
• Design and implement Group Policy for large environments, ensuring effective change control
• Automate system tasks using PowerShell and maintain documentation for processes and changes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management
• 5+ years of experience in PowerShell scripting and automation
• 3+ years of experience implementing CIS benchmarks on Windows endpoints
• 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and lifecycle management
• Experience with formal service request and change control processes
