Information Technology Associate Director

Job Summary

Directing an Information Technology team, the full-time Associate Director of Information Technology will coordinate IT support for an organizational segment, develop and implement IT strategy, and oversee project management, all while working remotely from Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate IT support and ensure adherence to established project management guidelines
• Develop and implement IT strategy in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and budget administration

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Information Technology
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in supporting enterprise applications within regulated industries
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proven ability to manage operational risk and ensure compliance across IT environments
