Information Technology Director

Job Summary

Accountable for the availability and security of IT systems, the full-time remote Information Technology Director will own the strategy and roadmap for Microsoft 365, oversee Azure and infrastructure environments, and lead a geographically distributed IT team to ensure operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the strategy and governance of Microsoft 365 to ensure its security and value to the organization
• Coordinate with operations leadership and the VP of IT to align technology priorities with business needs
• Lead and develop a distributed IT team while standardizing operational processes and practices

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in IT leadership roles, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Strong understanding of information security principles and data governance
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams
• Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives
• Familiarity with vendor management and partnership coordination
