Infrastructure Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise-level cloud and automation initiatives, the full-time remote AI-Ready Infrastructure Automation Engineer will design, build, and operate resilient software-defined environments, leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code and Site Reliability Engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate and codify policies and configurations for provisioning and management of operating systems and cloud services using Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD automation
- Implement automated testing and self-healing operations to maintain system efficiency and stability while integrating telemetry data into AIOps platforms
- Design and deliver cloud-based solutions with Zero Trust security principles, ensuring continuous verification of automation pipelines and AI agents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4 to 6 years of related IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure automation or cloud engineering
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and configuration management tools such as Ansible and Terraform
- Proficiency in scripting languages including PowerShell, Python, JSON, and YAML
- Experience with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Zero Trust Architecture
