Infrastructure Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to manage the engineering, scaling, and operational reliability of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure environments in a remote setting, while serving as the Tier 3/4 escalation lead and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure infrastructure, including virtual networks and resource groups, while optimizing performance and cost efficiency
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, managing directory hygiene and enforcing Conditional Access policies to enhance security
• Serve as the internal escalation authority for advanced identity and cloud infrastructure issues, conducting root cause analysis and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise systems engineering or cloud administration
• Deep proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure, including experience with Azure Virtual Desktop
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with tiered support structures and collaboration with PSA/ticketing systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
