Infrastructure Director
Job Summary
Leading the infrastructure function, the full-time Sr. Director, Infrastructure will manage platform ownership, reliability, and governance across a hybrid environment (AWS and Azure), ensuring secure and scalable infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers across various domains including cloud, compute, and network
- Own end-to-end infrastructure platforms and ensure their availability, performance, and resilience
- Define and implement infrastructure strategy, standards, and operational processes while driving automation and efficiency
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years in infrastructure engineering, cloud, and enterprise operations
- 7+ years leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure tenant services, and network platforms
- Proven experience in incident management and operational leadership
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational and organizational change in complex environments
