Infrastructure Engineer
Job Summary
To support a prominent client, the 100% remote Infrastructure / Platform Engineer will deploy, configure, and maintain VMware-based infrastructure while automating workflows and ensuring compliance in regulated environments over a 9-month contract with high potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere/ESXi environments for HPE GreenLake workloads
- Develop and maintain Terraform-based infrastructure automation and support Git-based CI/CD pipelines
- Design and support software delivery into air-gapped environments while managing compliance and security requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering
- Proficient in VMware vSphere/ESXi administration and Terraform
- Experience with Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting
- Background in supporting enterprise private cloud or on-premises platforms
- Familiarity with regulated or security-sensitive environments
