Infrastructure Engineer
Job Summary
As a key contributor to the TechOps CICD Image Management team, the full-time remote Infrastructure Engineer will manage and enhance the internal image build platform, focusing on automation and lifecycle management of golden images across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and extend the Ceramic image build platform, including feature development and integrations
- Design and manage automated golden image pipelines, ensuring compliance and security standards are met
- Write Python automation scripts for image builds, validation, and regression testing
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering
- Strong Linux systems engineering experience, including knowledge of build toolchains and package management
- Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling development
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Packer, and Terraform
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, specifically Jenkins and/or GitLab CI
