Job Summary
Focused on the continuous improvement of enterprise communication platforms, the full-time remote Infrastructure Engineer will manage voice services, Microsoft Teams Phone, and audio/visual systems while supporting communication workflows and vendor coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Administers and supports Microsoft Teams Phone and related voice environments
- Coordinates telephone number provisioning and manages call routing and voice policies
- Designs and implements workflow improvements and supports conference room technologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of enterprise IT or unified communications experience
- 2+ years administering Microsoft Teams Phone or enterprise voice platforms
- Experience with telephony concepts including SIP, PSTN, and voice routing
- Knowledge of structured cabling and telecommunications infrastructure
