Infrastructure Engineer
Job Summary
Providing system administration and end user support, the full-time remote Infrastructure Engineer will manage user onboarding, helpdesk support, and corporate system administration while collaborating with the IT team.
Key responsibilities
- Image, track, and provision new or replacement equipment for a remote workforce
- Administer user accounts and provide support for corporate systems such as Exchange and Office 365
- Manage helpdesk support, including incident management and user training
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer service and helpdesk support
- 3+ years of experience with desktop support and infrastructure
- 3+ years of experience with O365 and Azure Cloud administration preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Ability to physically move equipment up to 50 lbs
