Job Summary
To support the Enterprise Technology team, the full-time Infrastructure Engineer will establish and scale the hosting, deployment, and integration foundations for employee-built applications, collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate infrastructure for applications, including deployment environments, databases, and networking
- Create repeatable deployment paths to transition applications from local prototypes to secure cloud environments
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to teams throughout the application deployment and operation process
Required qualifications
- Experience building or operating cloud infrastructure, preferably on Google Cloud Platform
- Strong understanding of application hosting, networking, and identity/access management
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git and GitHub
- Experience automating infrastructure and deployments using tools like Terraform and CI/CD systems
- Customer-focused approach to infrastructure, ensuring usability for diverse technical skill levels
