Infrastructure Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infrastructure Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in improving reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the infrastructure
• Set technical strategy and drive decisions to achieve it
• Collaborate with other teams, foster a culture of feedback and growth, and allocate time for code review, coding, planning, and mentoring

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, managing cloud-deployed software, and operating relational databases
• 3+ years of experience as a manager or technical lead of an infrastructure team
• Security mindset, ability to consider future needs, technical debt, and maintenance tradeoffs
• Experience in refactoring application code to leverage infrastructure efficiently
• Ability to level up team members by sharing knowledge and experience
