Job Summary
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in improving reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the infrastructure
- Set technical strategy and drive decisions to achieve it
- Collaborate with other teams, foster a culture of feedback and growth, and allocate time for code review, coding, planning, and mentoring
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, managing cloud-deployed software, and operating relational databases
- 3+ years of experience as a manager or technical lead of an infrastructure team
- Security mindset, ability to consider future needs, technical debt, and maintenance tradeoffs
- Experience in refactoring application code to leverage infrastructure efficiently
- Ability to level up team members by sharing knowledge and experience
